EARLY BIRD SPECIAL!

In this VS-MAX game, the Marines of Camp Pendleton base will be facing off against the Marines of Miramar base in an intense clash of skill and strategy on June 1st, 2024 at Modern Airsoft Alpine Park.

This friendly yet highly competitive event aims to strengthen unity, enhance tactical skills, camaraderie and foster friendships among the Marines through action-packed airsoft games.

Since spots are limited, and after the last VS-MAX game sold out, you'll want to register as fast as you can to secure your place in this game.

VERY IMPORTANT: This event is for entertainment purpose only and tickets are for active duty Camp Pendleton and Miramar base airsoft enthusiasts ONLY. You will not play if you are not from these bases.

Register today! LIMITED SPOTS only so please double check your team selection before you check out.

The Game Field:

Each team will have a main base and two lanes, with two strategic towers averaging around 10-12 feet high guarding each lane.

The Objective:

The primary goal is to destroy your opponent's Base before they destroy yours. Advance through the lanes, topple the enemy's towers and destroy the main base by only shooting them with Airsoft guns. They CAN NOT be touched by anything but 6mm airsoft bbs. Towers and Base's most vulnerable area is the "neck", painted in red located just below the top of the tower. Shooting and destroying this neck will cause the top to topple, signaling a successful takedown.

Team Structure:

Each team will have 125 players at max. Teams are organized into four squads of 30 players, each led by a Captain, with a General overseeing the entire team. Scroll down further for leader selection process.

Victory:

The team that demolishes the main base first claims victory. If neither base is destroyed by the end of the game, the winner will be determined by the total number of towers each team has destroyed or by the time stamps if the destroyed tower numbers are a tie.

Towers and Bases:

One or two hundred direct hits on the marked red line will not be enough to take it down. At least 1000 rounds. Remember, the red line on each structure is your primary target but watch out for the defending team trying to hit you. Once you get hit by an airsoft bb, you are eliminated from the game till you return to the respawning point to get a new life.

When you get hit:

Each player will wear easily removable arm bands. Arm band indicate that you are an 'alive in battle". Rip the armband off of your right arm as quickly as possible and raise it high when you get hit by a bb and keep it up while you return to your nearest respawn point. VS-MAX referees will be at each respawn point to take your old armband and put a new one on you. You can rejoin the battle as soon as you obtain a new armband at the respawn point.

Respawn:

The Base, the two towers next to base and another respawn point behind the base will serve as respawning points. If the first defending tower is destroyed then the second tower in that lane will be the defending tower, NOT a respawn point. If the second defending tower is destroyed then the base will no longer be a respawn point and instead the the respawn point behind the base will be the new respawn point.

Captains:

The squad leaders act as the main point of contact for their squads, communicating orders, relaying intelligence, and adapting strategies as the situation unfolds. They are responsible for keeping their squad members motivated and focused, guiding them through the chaos of battle with precise commands.

The General:

The General oversees the entire team's operations, working closely with squad leaders to formulate comprehensive battle plans and adjust strategies as needed. They are the masterminds behind each team's tactics, analyzing battlefield intelligence to make crucial decisions that can turn the tide of the battle.

The General also plays a key role in troop allocation, ensuring that both paths are adequately covered while balancing offense and defense.

Together, the General and Captains form a formidable leadership team, ensuring that each Marine's efforts are coordinated and aligned with the overall mission objectives.

LEADER SELECTION and the STRATEGY:

We will create two separate Strategy Rooms on Discord for each team and the access code will be sent to you starting May 20th along with instructions. Participation to the Strategy room is optional but encouraged.

Captains and the General nominations will begin on May 20th. We will give 3 different options for the group to decide their leaders. 1. Election 2. Actual Rank decisions 3. Raffle style drawing among all players once the number of players reaches 125.
